Cookie Policy

This website sets no cookies of its own. It stores nothing in your browser — no cookies, no local storage, no session storage, no device fingerprint.

There is no advertising technology of any kind — no Meta pixel, no heatmaps, no session recording — and we do not build a profile of you or follow you to other websites.

We do use one privacy-preserving analytics tool, Vercel Web Analytics, to count how many people visit and which pages they open. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It does not record your IP address, and it identifies a visit using a short-lived code derived from the request that is discarded after 24 hours — so it cannot recognise you tomorrow, or on any other website.

It records the page address, where you arrived from, your device and browser type, and your approximate location by city.

The pre-consultation form is excluded from analytics entirely. The measurement is switched off on every intake page, so nothing at all about it is sent — not the health topic you chose, and not the fact that you opened it. Those pages name a condition, and we would rather measure nothing than measure that.

One thing on this site can be loaded from Google — the map on the contact section — and it only loads if you ask for it. Until you tap “Load the map”, your browser never contacts Google, so an ordinary visit to this site involves no third party at all. If you do tap it, Google can see your IP address and may set its own cookies, which we neither control nor can read. Our typefaces used to be loaded from Google too; they are now served from this site itself.

The map only appears on the contact section of the home page. Every other page on this site — including all service pages and the pre-consultation forms — loads no map at all.

The appointment and pre-consultation forms do not use cookies either. What you type is sent to our server when you press submit, and nothing is kept in your browser afterwards. What happens to that information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, including third-party cookies, in its privacy settings. Blocking them will not break this website — the only visible effect is that the map may not display once you have chosen to load it.

In practice you should not need to. Simply not tapping "Load the map" has the same effect: nothing is requested from Google, so nothing can be set.

Cookieless page-view analytics were added on 11 August 2026, and this page was updated before they went live. If we ever add embedded video, a chat widget or anything else that sets cookies, we will update this page first in the same way, and add a consent mechanism where the law requires one.
